 Many butter knives now. Still no idea where this will lead me. Painting in black. Thinking of pattern. Inspired by the boldness of the 70s. Maybe it's time to go back to the roots?

A Swedish editorial writer criticized craft as subject in elementary school. Her question was How many butter knifes can Sweden take?. This made me feel an urge to make a butter knife. It was years ago. I think I haven't made one since elementary school. 

Now as an art jeweller I am grateful for every minute of craft and art education I got growing up. Through my profession I can reflect upon ideas, thoughts and topics and pass them on for others to do the same. 

I think craft and art education is crucial for a society to have citizens able to question and reflect. Something that is of great importance for development and prosperity.

Now I think I will make one butter knife a day. Like an armed revolution.
